No one knows the birds at the Lee and Rose Warner Nature Center better than Missy Patty.
Patty, a licensed bird bander, began volunteering at the nature center in northern Washington County when it opened in 1967. She estimates she has banded more than 25,000 birds at Warner over the past 50 years. ....
